UKMTO: Recent Incidents at the Red Sea
The UK Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) manages a Voluntary Reporting Scheme (VRS) covering the Indian Ocean, specifically the Red Sea, Gulf of Aden, and Arabian Sea. This program, in compliance with the Maritime Security Chart Q6099, is administered by the Maritime Trade Information Centre (MTIC) under the jurisdiction of UKMTO in Dubai.
