Maritime Coordination Group Meeting – KMA Towers, Mombasa

This meeting, held once every quarter, will provide an opportunity for each partner to brief the multi-agency Kenya team on their work and how they support Kenya in enhancing maritime security and their initiatives, discuss the challenges they face in their work and what kind of support they need to be able to have a conducive framework for implementing their programs. In addition, Kenya will be able to highlight their needs and priorities from a whole of Government perspective for partners to be able to align their programs to suit their needs and priorities. As an outcome, we believe this meeting will assist in developing a common Agenda in implementation of the partner’s programs through whole of Government which will make the partners’ work easier and efficient through a coordinated approach.
